Why you need this: The MOA (प्रबन्ध पत्र) is one of the two constitutional documents OCR requires to register a Pvt. Ltd., alongside the AOA. This follows the Companies Act 2063, section 18(6) format. The objectives in दफा ५ are what OCR reads to decide whether your stated business matches what you intend to do — write them carefully.
